At CyberTipline.org one can report websites in which trick minors into viewing pornographic and obscene materials. It is a crime to knowingly use a misleading domain name to deceive children into viewing content that is offensive and harmful to minors. Anyone doing so could be looking at spending four years in prison if convicted.
As you all know Pankaj Saini was taking RSS feeds from all across the Web, using software to find articles with the keywords he needed and posting them to his teen porn site. Upon a search to find out more information about this man, I learned that he owns several sub domain names that might be misleading to teens and children.
Because these domains come up when you search for things like teen depression, teen suicide, teen makeup, teen pregnancy, teen fashion, teen relationships, teen forum and what not, a teen or child could easily click on the web address and instead of being taken to something appropriate, they would be taken to a website containing teen porn.
Individuals are encouraged to report misleading domain names to http://cybertip.org .
