Question of the week: ’80s Music

Foreigner 1985 – “In my life theres been heartache and pain. I dont know if I can face it again. Cant stop now, Ive traveled so far to change this lonely life”

The 1980s, was a decade where teens spun on their head and girls had big hair. If you were a teen in the 80s, one thing you won’t forget is the music and you still might be enjoying that music today.

Who could forget such performers and groups as Daryl Hall & John Oates, Men At Work, Foreigner, Whitney Houston, Atlantic Starr, Falco, Culture Club, Phil Collins, Cyndi Lauper, Bruce Springsteen, Starship, Wang Chung, Cutting Crew, The Eurythmics and Night Ranger. Their music shaped our life and our heart.

On February 04, 1986 “That’s What Friends Are For” by Dionne and Friend ruled the Billboard charts. I was 17 that year.

Who’s your very favorite 80s group or performer and what was your favorite song of theirs?
